Packet Pickup Times
Wednesday, May 16, 2012 - Noon to 7 p.m.
Thursday, May 17, 2012 - Noon to 7 p.m.
Friday, May 18, 2012 - Noon to 7 p.m.
Saturday, May 19, 2012 - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

6:30am - Olympic Distance pre-race instructions at the beach
6:40am - Olympic Distance Triathlon Begins (see wave schedule below)
7:15am - Sprint Distance pre-race instructions at the beach
7:30am - Sprint Distance Triathlon Begins (see wave schedule below)
8:00am - Swim Course Clear
8:45am - Nobody Allowed to Start 2nd Bike Lap *Participants will not be allowed to start a 2nd lap after this time.  Anyone unable to start the 2nd lap will be allowed to return to transition on their bike and complete the run, however they will be disqualified from the final results for not completing the entire course.
9:30am - Bike Course Closes *Everyone must be completely off the bike course by this time.  This is a rule imposed by the Causeway Authority.  Anyone still on the course will be picked up and not allowed to finish the bike portion of the race.  Participants will be allowed to complete the run, however they will be disqualified from the final results for not completing the entire bike course.
10:15am - Awards ceremony for Sprint Distance Triathlon.
11:15am - Awards ceremony for Olympic Distance Duathlon.
11:30am -
Awards ceremony for Olympic Distance Triathlon.

*If you are concerned that you might not be able to make these cutoffs, please contact race management at info@multirace.com at least 1 week prior to the event and we will make special accommodations for you.

WAVE SCHEDULE:

2012 Waves

*Anyone worried about making the cutoff times on the course may go in the first wave.  You will receive a 2 minute penalty for not going in your assigned wave, but it is well worth it if it allows you to finish the race.
